Introduction

Welcome to SoraLum, an all-in-one AI platform for image creation, prompt generation, video generation, and AI-powered editing tools. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SoraLum website, applications, tools, content, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using SoraLum, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Account Registration

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

SoraLum may offer sign-in through email/password and third-party authentication providers such as Google or GitHub. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify us promptly.

The Service

SoraLum provides AI-powered tools that may include, depending on the feature or plan you use:

• image generation and image-to-image editing;
• prompt generation, prompt enhancement, and prompt analysis;
• video generation, image-to-video, text-to-video, and AI video editing;
• one-click effects, restoration, enhancement, background changes, outpainting, upscaling, and similar creator tools;
• subscriptions, recurring credits, one-time credit packs, and other paid usage features.

We may add, remove, update, suspend, or discontinue any model, tool, feature, pricing tier, or workflow at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific AI model, effect, feature, or integration will remain available for any particular period.

Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, SoraLum grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful internal, personal, or business use.

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
• upload, generate, edit, or distribute content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise unlawful;
• create or distribute deceptive deepfakes, unauthorized face swaps, impersonation content, or misleading synthetic media that violates law, platform rules, or third-party rights;
• upload files, prompts, logos, likenesses, footage, or other materials that you do not have the right to use;
• input highly sensitive personal data into the Service unless you are legally authorized to do so and such use is necessary;
• interfere with the Service, circumvent rate limits or security measures, scrape the Service, or use bots or automated means to access it in unauthorized ways;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, underlying prompts, or model behavior except where prohibited by law;
• upload malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• use the Service in a way that harms minors or exploits vulnerable individuals;
• misrepresent AI-generated content as purely human-made where disclosure is legally required.

We may monitor for abuse, investigate suspected violations, remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts to protect users, partners, and the Service.

User Content

Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of the prompts, text, images, videos, audio, files, and other materials you upload to the Service, as well as the outputs generated for your account ("User Content"), to the extent permitted by law.

You are solely responsible for your User Content, your instructions to the Service, and your use of any outputs. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, consents, and permissions necessary to submit your User Content and to use the outputs as contemplated by these Terms.

License to SoraLum

You grant SoraLum a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, transform, and otherwise process your User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, improve, and provide the Service to you.

For clarity, SoraLum does not use your private uploads, prompts, or generated outputs to train SoraLum-owned foundation models.

AI Outputs

AI-generated results may not be unique and may resemble results generated for other users. Output ownership and commercial use, if any, remain subject to applicable law, third-party rights, provider restrictions, and the rights in any source materials you submit.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, licensing, or relying on them.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the website, software, interface design, workflows, branding, logos, compilations, and all content provided by SoraLum other than your User Content, are owned by SoraLum or its licensors.

Except for the limited access rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations about the Service, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Payment, Credits, and Subscriptions

Paid Features

Some features require payment, subscription enrollment, or available credits. You agree to pay all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your use of the Service.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Creem, or other processors we support from time to time.

Credits

SoraLum may use a credit-based system. Different models, tools, output types, and settings may consume different amounts of credits. Credit requirements may change at any time, and the amount shown in the product at the time of use controls.

Credits may be provided through subscriptions, promotions, daily gifts, free trials, or one-time purchases. Unless otherwise stated, credits are non-transferable, non-cash, and may expire.

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically for the renewal term shown at checkout unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your billing settings.

If you cancel, your paid access or included credits may remain available until the end of the current billing period, unless stated otherwise in the product or required by law.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by us, payments, subscriptions, and credit purchases are non-refundable. We may, in our sole discretion, issue refunds, credits, or billing adjustments in specific cases.

Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party providers for authentication, payments, cloud infrastructure, storage, analytics, email delivery, and AI processing. Your use of some features may therefore also involve third-party terms, policies, and technical limitations.

SoraLum is not responsible for third-party services to the extent allowed by law, including outages, policy changes, provider-side restrictions, or failures caused by those providers.

Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also request account deletion or cancel applicable subscriptions through your account settings or by contacting support.

Termination by SoraLum

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

• you violate these Terms;
• your use creates legal, security, fraud, or operational risk;
• payment fails or chargebacks occur;
• we are required to do so by law or a provider relationship;
• we discontinue the Service or a relevant feature.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions on payments, User Content licenses, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoraLum disclaims all express, implied, statutory, or other warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

AI systems are probabilistic and can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, inconsistent, or unexpected outputs. SoraLum does not guarantee that outputs will be correct, lawful, unique, or fit for your intended use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoraLum and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, business opportunity, data, or use, arising out of or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoraLum's aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid to SoraLum for the Service during the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
• USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SoraLum and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

• your User Content;
• your use of the Service;
• your violation of these Terms; or
• your infringement or violation of any third-party rights.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SoraLum regarding the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
